T hey say to a tree, ‘You are my father,’ and to a stone, ‘You gave me birth.’ For they have turned their back to Me, and not their face. But in the time of their trouble they will say, ‘Rise up and save us.’

Porque a un pedazo de madera le dicen: “Tú eres mi padre”, y a una piedra: “Tú me has engendrado”. Porque me han dado la espalda, y no la cara. Pero cuando están en problemas, me dicen: “¡Levántate, y sálvanos!”
