W hen He speaks, there is a storm of waters in the heavens. He makes the clouds rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, and brings out the wind from His store-houses.

A su voz se produce en el cielo un tumulto de aguas; él hace subir las nubes del extremo de la tierra, trae los relámpagos con la lluvia y saca el viento de sus depósitos.
