L et the desert and its cities lift up their voice, the towns where Kedar lives. Let the people of Sela sing. Let them call out for joy from the tops of the mountains.

曠 野 和 其 中 的 城 邑 ， 並 基 達 人 居 住 的 村 莊 都 當 揚 聲 ； 西 拉 的 居 民 當 歡 呼 ， 在 山 頂 上 吶 喊 。
