Isaiah 11:15 ~ Isaiah 11:15

T he Lord will dry up all the tongue of the Sea of Egypt. He will wave His hand over the Euphrates River with His burning wind, and will break it into seven rivers. Men will be able to walk over it with dry feet.

And the Lord will utterly destroy (doom and dry up) the tongue of the Egyptian sea; and with His scorching wind He will wave His hand over the river and will smite it into seven channels and will cause men to cross over dry-shod.
