C ome with me from Lebanon, my bride. May you come with me from Lebanon. Travel down from the top of Amana, from the top of Senir and Hermon, from the homes of lions, from the mountain homes of leopards.

تَعالِي مَعِي مِنْ لُبنانَ، يا عَرُوسِي، تَعالِي مَعِي مِنْ لُبنانَ. أسرِعِي بِالنُّزُولِ مِنْ قِمَّةِ جَبَلِ أمانَةَ، مِنْ قِمَّةِ جَبَلِ سَنِيرَ وَجَبَلِ حَرْمُونَ، مِنْ عَرائِنِ الأُسُودِ، مِنَ الجِّبالِ الَّتِي تَطُوفُ فِيها النُّمُورُ.
