O my dove, hidden in the rock, in the secret place in the mountain-side, let me see you. Let me hear your voice. For your voice is sweet, and you are beautiful.

يَمامَتِي مُختَبِئَةٌ فِي شُقُوقِ المُنحَدَرِ الصَّخرِيِّ، فِي حِمَى الجَبَلِ المُرتَفِعِ. أرِينِي مَلامِحَ وَجهِكِ. وَأسمِعِينِي صَوتَكِ، لأنَّ صَوتَكِ عَذبٌ وَجَمالَكِ بَدِيعٌ. هِيَ تَقُولُ للفَتَيات:
