T he rich rules over the poor. The man who uses something that belongs to someone else is ruled by the one who let him use it.

الغَنِيُّ يَتَسَلَّطُ عَلَى الفَقِيرِ، وَالَّذِي يَقتَرِضُ هُوَ عَبدٌ لِمَنْ أقرَضَهُ.
