M oses wrote all the words of the Lord. He got up early the next morning and built an altar at the base of the mountain, with twelve pillars, one for each of the twelve families of Israel.

وَكَتَبَ مُوسَى كُلَّ كَلامِ اللهِ. وَاستَيقَظَ فِي صَباحِ اليَومِ التّالِي باكِراً وَبَنَى مَذبَحاً فِي سَفْحِ الجَبَلِ مَعَ اثنَي عَشَرَ عَمُوداً تُمَثِّلُ قَبائِلَ إسْرائِيلَ الاثنَتي عَشْرَةَ.
