T he Lord made the heart of Pharaoh, king of Egypt hard. And Pharaoh went to catch the people of Israel, who were leaving without fear.

The Lord made hard and strong the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued the Israelites, for left proudly and defiantly.
