H e makes His home on the waters. He makes the clouds His wagon. He rides on the wings of the wind.

فَوقَ السُّحُبِ بَنَى حُجُراتِهِ العُلْوِيَّةَ. يَجعَلُ الغُيُومَ مَركَبَتَهُ. وَعَلَى أجنِحَةِ الرِّيحِ يَعبُرُ السَّماءَ.
