L etters were sent to all the Jews in the 127 parts of the nation of Ahasuerus, in words of peace and truth.

وَأرسَلَ مُرْدَخايَ رسائِلَ يَتَمَنَّى فِيها السَّلامَ وَالاستِقرارَ لِكُلِّ اليَهُودِ الَّذينَ يَعِيشُونَ فِي مِئَةٍ وَسَبعةٍ وَعِشرِينَ إقلِيماً تابِعاً لِمَملَكَةِ أحَشْوِيرُوشَ.
