Nehemiah 4:2 ~ Nehemías 4:2

H e said to his brothers and the rich men of Samaria, “What are these weak Jews doing? Are they going to build things again for themselves? Will they give gifts on the altar in worship? Will they finish in a day? Will they get good stones for building from the dust, seeing they are burned?”

Luego fue a hablar con sus compañeros y con el ejército de Samaria, y les dijo: “Y estos pobres judíos, ¿qué creen que están haciendo? ¿Vamos a permitir que vuelvan a ofrecer sus sacrificios? ¿Acaso creen que acabarán de reconstruir en un día? ¿O que van a recoger de las cenizas las piedras que fueron reducidas a polvo?”
