W hen the Jews who lived by them came, they told us ten times, “They will come up against us from all the places where they live.”

وَعِندَما جاءَ اليَهُودُ الَّذِينَ يَسكُنُونَ قُربَ أعدائِنا، كَرَّرُوا عَلَى مَسامِعِنا قَولَهُمْ: «الأعداءُ مُحِيطُونَ بِكُمْ مِنْ كُلِّ الجِهاتِ فَاترُكُوا المَدِينَةَ وَارجِعُوا إلَينا سالِمِينَ!»
