S o do not let your daughters marry their sons, or their daughters marry your sons. Never look for their peace or their well-being, that you may be strong and eat the good things of the land, and leave it as a gift to your children forever.’

Ora dunque non date le vostre figlie ai loro figli, né prendete le loro figlie per i vostri figli; non cercate mai la loro prosperità né il loro benessere, perché cosí diventerete forti, mangerete i migliori prodotti del paese e lo lascerete in eredità ai vostri figli per sempre".
