T hen Hezekiah took strength of heart and built again all of the wall that had been broken down. He built towers on it, and built another outside wall. He made the Millo strong in the city of David. And he made many battle-coverings and objects to fight with.

And he strengthened himself, and built up all the wall that was broken down, and raised it up to the towers, and another wall outside, and fortified the Millo of the city of David, and made darts and shields in abundance.
