A fter Amaziah turned away from the Lord, they made plans against him in Jerusalem, and he ran away to Lachish. But they sent men after him to Lachish, and killed him there.

De cînd s'a abătut Amaţia dela Domnul, s'a făcut împotriva lui o uneltire la Ierusalim, şi el a fugit la Lachis. Dar l-au urmărit la Lachis şi l-au omorît.
