2 Chronicles 23:17 ~ ﺃﺧﺒﺎﺭ ﺍﻷﻳﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻥ 23:17

A ll the people went to the house of Baal and tore it down. They broke in pieces his altars and the objects made to look like him. And they killed Mattan the religious leader of Baal in front of the altars.

وَذَهَبَ كُلُّ الشَّعبِ إلَى مَعبَدِ البَعلِ. وَدَمَّرُوا تِمثالَهُ وَمَذابِحَهُ، وَكَسَّرُوها تَكسِيراً. وَقَتَلُوا أيضاً مَتّانَ، كاهِنَ البَعلِ، أمامَ مَذابِحِ البَعلِ.
