R ehoboam loved Maacah the daughter of Absalom more than all his other wives and women who acted as his wives. For he had taken eighteen wives and sixty women who acted as his wives. He was the father of twenty-eight sons and sixty daughters.

Roboam iubea pe Maaca, fata lui Absalom, mai mult de cît pe toate nevestele şi ţiitoarele lui; căci a avut optsprezece neveste şi şasezeci de ţiitoare, şi a născut douăzeci şi opt de fii şi şasezeci de fete.
