T hen Elisha prayed and said, “O Lord, I pray, open his eyes, that he may see.” And the Lord opened the servant’s eyes, and he saw. He saw that the mountain was full of horses and war-wagons of fire all around Elisha.

Und Elisa betete und sprach: HERR, öffne ihm die Augen, daß er sehe! Da öffnete der HERR dem Diener die Augen, daß er sah; und siehe, da war der Berg voll feuriger Rosse und Wagen um Elisa her.
