H oshea did what was sinful in the eyes of the Lord, but not as bad as the kings of Israel before him.

وَفَعَلَ هُوشَعُ الشَّرَّ أمامَ اللهِ. لَكِنَّهُ لَمْ يَكُنْ عَلَى نَفْسِ الدَّرَجَةِ مِنَ الشَّرِّ كَالمُلُوكِ الَّذِينَ سَبَقُوهُ.
