N ow Hiram the king of Tyre sent his servants to Solomon, when he heard that they had set him apart to be king in place of his father. Hiram had always loved David.

Hiram, regele Tirului, şi-a trimis slujitorii la Solomon, întrucât auzise că a fost uns ca rege în locul tatălui său, iar el îl iubise pe David toată viaţa lui.
