H e was wiser than all men, than Ethan the Ezrahite, Heman, Calcol, Darda, and the sons of Mahol. His name was known in all the nations around him.

كانَ أحكَمَ النّاسِ عَلَى الأرْضِ. فَقَدْ تَفَوَّقَ فِي حِكمَتِهِ عَلَى إيثانَ الأزْرَحِيَّ وَهِيْمانَ وَكَلْكُولَ وَدَرْدَعَ أبناءِ ماحُولَ. فَذاعَ صِيْتُ سُلَيْمانَ فِي البُلدانِ المُحِيطَةِ كُلِّها.
