S o Ahab said to Benhadad’s men, “Tell my lord the king, ‘I will do all that you first asked of your servant, but this I cannot do.’” The men left and returned again with news for him.

فَأرسَلَ أخآبُ رِسالَةً إلَى بِنْهَدَدَ قالَ فِيها: «سَأفعَلُ ما طَلَبْتَهُ مِنِّي فِي البِدايَةِ، لَكِنِّي لا أقبَلُ طَلَبَكَ الثّانِي.» فَأرسَلَ بِنْهَدَدَ رِسالَةً إلَى مَلِكِهِمْ.
