K ing Solomon answered his mother, “Why are you asking me to give Abishag the Shunammite to Adonijah? Ask me to give him the nation also! For he is my older brother. And Abiathar the religious leader and Joab the son of Zeruiah are on his side!”

所 羅 門 王 對 他 母 親 說 ： 為 何 單 替 他 求 書 念 的 女 子 亞 比 煞 呢 ？ 也 可 以 為 他 求 國 罷 ！ 他 是 我 的 哥 哥 ， 他 有 祭 司 亞 比 亞 他 和 洗 魯 雅 的 兒 子 約 押 為 輔 佐 。
