A s the Lord your God lives, there is no nation where the king has not sent men to look for you. And when they said, ‘He is not here,’ he made the nation prove that they could not find you.

Com'è vero che l'Eterno, il tuo DIO, vive, non c'è nazione e regno in cui il mio signore non abbia mandato a cercarti; e quando dicevano: "Non è qui", facevo giurare il regno e la nazione che non avevano potuto trovarti.
