W hile he was still speaking, Jonathan the son of Abiathar the religious leader came. Adonijah said, “Come in, for you are a man to be trusted, and bring good news.”

وَبَينَما كانَ يُوآبُ ما يَزالُ يَتَكَلَّمُ، وَصَلَ الكاهِنُ يُوناثانُ بْنُ أبِياثارَ. فَقالَ لَهُ أدُونِيّا: «تَعالَ إلَى هُنا! أنتَ رَجُلٌ نَبِيلٌ، وَتُبَشِّرُ بِخَيرٍ.»
