W hen Joab and the army with him came, it was told to Joab, “Abner the son of Ner came to the king. And the king has sent him away in peace.”

Quando arrivarono Joab e tutti i soldati che erano con lui, qualcuno riferí la cosa a Joab, dicendo: «E' venuto Abner figlio di Ner, dal re, che lo ha congedato ed egli se ne è andato in pace».
