2 Samuel 24:16 ~ ﺻﻤﻮﺋﻴﻞ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻧﻲ 24:16

T he angel put out his hand to destroy Jerusalem. But the Lord had pity on them because of their trouble. He said to the angel who destroyed the people, “It is enough! Do no more!” The angel of the Lord was by the grain-floor of Araunah the Jebusite.

وَأوْشَكَ المَلاكُ أنْ يَمَدَّ ذِراعَهُ فوقَ مَدينَةِ القُدْسِ ليُدَمِّرَها. لَكِنَّ اللهَ حَزِنَ كثيراً لِما حَصَلَ مِنْ سُوءٍ، فقالَ لِلمَلاكِ الّذي أهلَكَ النّاسَ: «كَفَى! رُدَّ يَدَكَ الآنَ!» وَكانَ مَلاكُ اللهِ واقِفاً عِنْدَ بَيدَرِ أرُونةَ اليَبُوسِيِّ. داود يَشْتَري بيدرَ أرونة
