H e gave the second son the name of Ephraim. “For,” he said, “God has given me children in the land of my suffering.”

وَسَمَّى ابْنَهُ الثّانِيَ أفْرايِمَ. فَقَدْ قالَ: «أعطانِي اللهُ أبْناءً فِي أرْضِ ضِيقاتِي.» بَدءُ المجاعة
