T here is no one more important in this house than I. And he has held nothing from me except you, because you are his wife. How then could I do this sinful thing, and sin against God?”

und hat nichts so Großes in dem Hause, das er mir verhohlen habe, außer dir, indem du sein Weib bist. Wie sollte ich denn nun ein solch groß Übel tun und wider Gott sündigen?
