H e built an altar there, and gave the place the name El-bethel. Because God had shown Himself to him there, when Jacob ran away from his brother.

И там издигна олтар и наименува мястото Ел-Ветил {Т.е., Бог на Ветил.}, защото когато бягаше от лицето на брата си, там му се яви Бог.
