W hen the stronger animals of the flock were mating, Jacob would put the sticks in the water in front of the flock so they would mate by the sticks.

到 羊 群 肥 壮 配 合 的 时 候 ， 雅 各 就 把 枝 子 插 在 水 沟 里 ， 使 羊 对 着 枝 子 配 合 。
