T hen Abraham took his son Ishmael, and all who were born in his house, and all who were bought with his money, and every man and boy who lived in his house. And he cut off their piece of skin that very day, as God had told him to do.

Da nahm Abraham seinen Sohn Ismael und alle Knechte, die daheim geboren, und alle, die erkauft, und alles, was männlich war in seinem Hause, und beschnitt die Vorhaut an ihrem Fleisch ebendesselben Tages, wie ihm Gott gesagt hatte.
