T hen the Philistines said, “Who has done this?” And they answered, “Samson, the son-in-law of the Timnite, because he has taken his wife and given her to his companion.” So the Philistines came up and burned her and her father with fire.

Os filisteus perguntaram: “Quem fez isso?” Responderam-lhes: “Foi Sansão, o genro do timnita, porque a sua mulher foi dada ao seu amigo”. Então os filisteus foram e queimaram a mulher e seu pai.
