T herefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies, but turned their backs before their enemies, because they have become doomed to destruction. Neither will I be with you anymore, unless you destroy the accursed from among you.

Prandaj bijtë e Izraelit nuk mund t’iu bëjnë ballë armiqve të tyre, dhe kanë kthyer kurrizin para tyre, sepse janë bërë ata vetë të mallkuar. Unë nuk do të jem më me ju, në rast se nuk shkatërroni gjërat e caktuara që të shfarosen midis jush.
