A nd Joshua said to all the people, “Thus says the Lord God of Israel: ‘Your fathers, including Terah, the father of Abraham and the father of Nahor, dwelt on the other side of the River in old times; and they served other gods.

Josué dit à tout le peuple: Ainsi parle l'Éternel, le Dieu d'Israël: Vos pères, Térach, père d'Abraham et père de Nachor, habitaient anciennement de l'autre côté du fleuve, et ils servaient d'autres dieux.
