T hen if the avenger of blood pursues him, they shall not deliver the slayer into his hand, because he struck his neighbor unintentionally, but did not hate him beforehand.

Y cuando el cercano del muerto le siguiere, no entregarán en su mano al homicida, por cuanto hirió á su prójimo por yerro, ni tuvo con él antes enemistad.
