H e is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He.

他 是 磐 石 ， 他 的 作 為 完 全 ； 他 所 行 的 無 不 公 平 ， 是 誠 實 無 偽 的 神 ， 又 公 義 ， 又 正 直 。
