s o that there may not be among you man or woman or family or tribe, whose heart turns away today from the Lord our God, to go and serve the gods of these nations, and that there may not be among you a root bearing bitterness or wormwood;

No vaya a ser que alguno de ustedes, hombre o mujer, familia o tribu, aparte hoy su corazón del Señor nuestro Dios y vaya y sirva a los dioses de esas naciones. No vaya a ser que haya entre ustedes alguna raíz que produzca hiel y ajenjo,
