W hen we had sailed slowly many days, and arrived with difficulty off Cnidus, the wind not permitting us to proceed, we sailed under the shelter of Crete off Salmone.

Y navegando muchos días despacio, y habiendo apenas llegado delante de Gnido, no dejándonos el viento, navegamos bajo de Creta, junto á Salmón.
