H e immediately took soldiers and centurions, and ran down to them. And when they saw the commander and the soldiers, they stopped beating Paul.

فَأخَذَ بَعضَ الجُنُودِ وَالضُّبّاطِ وَنَزَلَ عَلَى الفَورِ مُسْرِعاً إلَيْهِمْ. فَلَمّا رَأى اليَهُودُ الآمِرَ وَالجُنُودَ، تَوَقَّفُوا عَنْ ضَربِ بُولُسَ.
