Matthew 23:16 ~ ﻣﺘﻰ 23:16

“ Woe to you, blind guides, who say, ‘Whoever swears by the temple, it is nothing; but whoever swears by the gold of the temple, he is obliged to perform it. ’

«وَيلٌ لَكُمْ أيُّها المُرشِدُونَ العُمْيُ، يا مَنْ تَقُولُونَ: ‹إنْ حَلَفَ أحَدٌ بِالهَيكَلِ فَلا يَكُونُ مُلزَماً بِأنْ يَحفَظَ قَسَمَهُ، أمّا إنْ حَلَفَ بِالذَّهَبِ الَّذِي فِي الهَيكَلِ، فَيَكُونُ مُلزَماً أنْ يَحفَظَهُ!›
