T hen the multitude warned them that they should be quiet; but they cried out all the more, saying, “Have mercy on us, O Lord, Son of David!”

فَوَبَّخَهُما النّاسُ وَأمَروهُما بِأنْ يَسكُتا، لَكِنَّهُما رَفَعا صَوتَهُما أكثَرَ: «يا سَيِّدُ، يا ابْنَ داوُدَ، ارحَمْنا.»
