t hen the congregation shall judge between the manslayer and the avenger of blood according to these judgments.

سَيَحُكُمُ الشَّعبُ بَينَ القاتِلِ وَالَّذي يَثأرُ لِدَمِ القَتِيلِ بِحَسَبِ هَذِهِ القَواعِدِ.
