B ut if her husband truly made them void on the day he heard them, then whatever proceeded from her lips concerning her vows or concerning the agreement binding her, it shall not stand; her husband has made them void, and the Lord will release her.

Pero si al momento de oírla su marido los invalidó, todos los votos que ella haya pronunciado con sus labios, y todos los compromisos que haya adquirido, quedarán invalidados. Su marido los invalidó y, por lo tanto, el Señor la perdonará.
