B ut did He not make them one, Having a remnant of the Spirit? And why one? He seeks godly offspring. Therefore take heed to your spirit, And let none deal treacherously with the wife of his youth.

Ma, direte voi, non ce n’è uno che fece così? E tuttavia, lo Spirito rimase in lui. Ma perché quell’uno lo fece? Perché cercava la discendenza promessagli da Dio. Badate dunque al vostro spirito, e nessuno agisca slealmente verso la moglie della sua giovinezza.
