T hose who worship the host of heaven on the housetops; Those who worship and swear oaths by the Lord, But who also swear by Milcom;

I will destroy those who bow down on the roofs to the stars of heaven, and those who bow down and make promises to the Lord and yet promise in the name of Milcom.
