T herefore I make a decree that any people, nation, or language which speaks anything amiss against the God of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego shall be cut in pieces, and their houses shall be made an ash heap; because there is no other God who can deliver like this.”

Por isso eu decreto que todo homem de qualquer povo, nação e língua que disser alguma coisa contra o Deus de Sadraque, Mesaque e Abede-Nego seja despedaçado e sua casa seja transformada em montes de entulho, pois nenhum outro deus é capaz de livrar alguém dessa maneira”.
