T hen the king promoted Daniel and gave him many great gifts; and he made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief administrator over all the wise men of Babylon.

Vua bèn tôn Đa-ni-ên lên sang trọng và ban cho người nhiều lễ vật trọng. Vua lập người cai trị cả tỉnh Ba-by-lôn, và làm đầu các quan cai những bác sĩ của Ba-by-lôn.
