A nd now I will tell you the truth: Behold, three more kings will arise in Persia, and the fourth shall be far richer than them all; by his strength, through his riches, he shall stir up all against the realm of Greece.

Acum, îţi voi spune adevărul acesta: încă trei împăraţi se vor mai ridica în Persia. Cel de-al patrulea va strânge mai multă bogăţie decât toţi ceilalţi şi, când va câştiga putere prin bogăţie, îi va răscula pe toţi împotriva împărăţiei Greciei.
